1. Who we are

This website is operated by SPRK Building Materials Trading L.L.C, a company licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with its place of business at Dubai Investment Park II, Dubai, UAE. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean SPRK Building Materials Trading L.L.C.

2. What we collect

We only collect what we need to answer a business enquiry. That is:

• Details you type into our forms your name, company name, phone or WhatsApp number, e-mail address, the product category you selected and the requirement or item list you describe.
• Files you choose to attach for example a bill of quantities, drawing or material list.
• Messages you send us directly by e-mail, telephone or WhatsApp.
• Basic technical information such as your browser type and the pages you viewed, collected by our hosting provider in ordinary server logs.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, identity documents, payment card details or any other sensitive personal information through this website.

3. Why we use it

• To read your enquiry, prepare a quotation and reply to you.
• To process, confirm and deliver an order you place with us.
• To keep records of quotations and transactions as required for accounting and tax.
• To keep the website working, secure and free of spam submissions.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for marketing campaigns unless you have asked us to add you to a mailing list.

4. Who can see it

Enquiries are read by our sales and operations staff. Beyond that, your information may be handled by service providers acting on our behalf for example our website host, our e-mail provider, and where relevant a courier or transport company delivering your order. Where a manufacturer or principal supplier must be involved to price or source an item, we share only what is needed for that purpose.

We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by UAE law, or by a competent authority or court.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick up the conversation if you come back to us. Records connected to an actual order quotations, invoices and delivery notes are kept for the period required by UAE commercial and tax law. After that, records are deleted or anonymised.

6. Cookies and analytics

This website uses only what is needed to display the page correctly. It does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Fonts and animation libraries are loaded from third-party content delivery networks (Google Fonts, cdnjs and jsDelivr), which receive your IP address as part of serving those files.

If analytics or advertising tools are added later, this section will be updated and, where the law requires it, a consent notice will be shown before those tools load.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you send us, including transport encryption (HTTPS) on this website and access controls on our mailboxes. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Subject to UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and any applicable implementing regulations, you may ask us to:

• Confirm what personal data we hold about you and provide a copy of it.
• Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Delete information we no longer need to keep.
• Stop using your details for a purpose you have not agreed to.
